Members of Firehouse 51 work seamlessly with Chicago Med personnel to help aid victims of a dangerous gas leak. The situation takes a turn for the worse when a madman detonates an explosive device, exposing everyone in the blast to a potentially deadly airborne virus and forcing the hospital into quarantine. The "Chicago Fire" episode, "I am the Apocalypse," airs on Tuesday, April 7 on NBC (10-11 p.m. ET/PT).
