USA Network’s hit original series COVERT AFFAIRS returns for the second half of its sophomore season on Tuesday, November 1 at 10/9c. Recently renewed for a third season of 16 episodes, the series stars Golden Globe-nominated Piper Perabo (“Coyote Ugly,” “Beverly Hills Chihuahua”), Christopher Gorham (“Ugly Betty,” “Jake 2.0”), Kari Matchett (“Invasion”), Anne Dudek (“House,” “Mad Men”), Sendhil Ramamurthy (“Heroes,” “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife”) and Peter Gallagher (“The O.C.,” “American Beauty”).

The critically-acclaimed international spy drama, COVERT AFFAIRS, stars Piper Perabo as Annie Walker, a young CIA operative whose exceptional linguistic skills make her invaluable to the Agency. This summer’s mid-season finale was left with Annie finally forced to confess the truth of her job to her sister, Danielle (Anne Dudek), forever changing the balance of their relationship and threatening Annie’s hope of living a "pseudo-normal" personal life outside the agency. With Jai's (Sendhil Ramamurthy) position in the DPD in flux, we're left to question where his true loyalties lie. Annie continues to transform into a seasoned operative with more high-octane adventures spanning the globe. Guest appearances for the second season continuation include Oded Fehr, Gregory Itzin, Devin Kelly and Santiago Cabrera. From Universal Cable Productions, COVERT AFFAIRS is executive produced by Doug Liman and David Bartis through Hypnotic and written and executive produced by Matt Corman and Chris Ord.

COVERT AFFAIRS was the top series on cable Tuesdays this summer among P25-54, total viewers and households. Summer to summer, COVERT AFFAIRS grew +7% in P25-54, +3% in P18-49, +2% in P18-34 and +5% in total viewers.

Heading into the fall, COVERT AFFAIRS returns with new digital engagement, highlighted by star Christopher Gorham's behind the scenes Travelogue. As the show production travels to international locations, Christopher will document every step of the way with photos, videos, and production insights. To get even closer to the stars, fans can chat live with cast and writers on Character Chatter, now available on Facebook where you can chat with everyone or just your friends. This season fans can join Covert Operatives to play games and win amazing prizes including collectable key art signed by the cast, DVDs and t-shirts.
